As the Operations Manager at HVAC Pros Services, I was responsible for leading a team of comfort advisors and service technicians. My main goal was to ensure that the company’s sales goals were met, and I accomplished this by developing and implementing an effective marketing strategy.

I also completed an Associate’s degree in Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Torrance in 2006. This education provided me with a strong foundation in electronic engineering principles, which I have been able to apply to my work in various industries.
