Career Highlights
The urge of leadership entered and I became excited of becoming a broker. I became a Broker Associate. Turned in my Sales License into the Department of Real Estate and received my Broker’s License. 2013: Got Probate Certified= trained to handle court or non-court approval probates, Living Trust and got Involved with Divorce Sales. 2015: I decided to become an Independent Broker until today. As an Independent Broker, I was able to Broker IRG (Investor’s Realty Group) a company that concentrated on finding, purchasing and Selling Refurbished Properties through Tax lien properties. Our estimate was Flipping annually 100 homes a year. 2018: Became Broker and 50% owner of a Realty World in Whittier. Although I opened Realty World, I kept my Independent Office since 2011 in Downey 2020: Working as an Independent Broker/with my assistant’s. I became a lender for Commercial and Private Money lending. 2022: Encore International Projects Corp.
