The Turning Point In 2017, Roxanne faced a pivotal moment when she decided to leave MAC and explore other industries, seeking a so-called “big girl job.” However, it was during this period that she realized her heart yearned for something more significant. The real estate and insurance industries couldn’t quench her thirst for creativity, client interaction, and personal fulfillment.
The Birth of Glow In 2019, fueled by her passion and determination, Roxanne took a bold step and founded Glow. This beauty haven became a space where artistry merged with empowerment.
