HVAC Re-Marketing Email Campaign Setup
We’re going to show you how to do an email marketing campaign and set it up to autopilot. The first thing we will be doing is select the data we want to nurture. Once we have the data, we will add it to the system and then assign the email campaign we prepared beforehand to help us nurture those leads. We will be focusing on SEO, a service that many people don’t know much about. Our objective is to educate the client with the right insight regarding SEO until they understand it before we move forward.
“Once they understand the product and are interested, they may reply to get more information or set up an appointment. “
Now that the email marketing piece is completely set up. The next few steps are very important to establish a great campaign. We will have a total of six different steps before completing the setup, email message, calls, and voicemail to name a few.
Once we have our data in place, we’re going to select the data we want to work with. So we will select the last activity, activity we haven’t touched in a while. So we’re going to go back a few months and we’re going to do at least 300 files. We want to make sure we add all emails so if you don’t have an email or a phone number, you will be defeating the purpose of the system, so it is recommended to take out those contacts that don’t have emails and phone numbers.
Remember, the contacts need to have a phone number and an email for the system to work properly. Make sure when you upload data you have the right piece of information, otherwise you’ll be wasting your time and resources.
Now that all the data has been cleaned, we will add the data into a workflow or a campaign and our workflow will be called local SEO and we’re going to add the data all at once. After creating the workflow and adding a description the system will let us know how many files we have in total. We will repeat the process until we have all the contacts selected from the pages. Once we added all the contacts we concluded this process.
